At Chloe’s Picks, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping details and instructions will be shared once your return is approved. (You can customize this section later if you decide who covers the shipping cost.)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Stylixcare@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before making a return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at Stylixcare@gmail.com.
